- Usage data: log data, device/browser information, and analytics about how you use the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service and place/receive calls on your behalf.
- To meter usage and charge your prepaid wallet at ₹5 per minute.
- To provide call logs, transcripts, and analytics in your dashboard.

3. Call recordings & AI processing
Calls may be recorded and transcribed so you can review them. Audio is processed by third-party AI and telephony providers to generate the assistant's responses. As the business operating an assistant, you are responsible for disclosing recording and AI use to callers where required by law, and for obtaining any necessary consent.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Service providers that power the platform (telephony, AI/voice, hosting, payments), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
